# Files and folders

Find, read, write, upload and organise the files in a workspace, and get back anything that changed.

A workspace is a tree of ordinary files and folders. Most of what you do in the web app happens in the sidebar on the left, where the tree lives, and in the top bar above whatever file is open. Your agents work on the same files through a synced folder or the MCP server, so everything on these pages applies to their changes as much as yours.
